What is it about?

Comprising 6 flexible modules:

  • Flexible modular system, participants may select desired modules to attend

  • 6 training modules (one module per month)

  • Inclusive of pre and post competency profiling

  • 1-full day seminar on each of the 6 competencies conducted over a period of 6 months

  • Incorporation of short practical skills application  projects between modules

  • Incorporation of peer support learning groups (using the action learning model)

  • Course manuals, lunch and refreshments
