CONDUCTING PERFORMANCE APPRAISALS

Introduction

 

The interviewer's mindsets, the climate he creates, his skill in giving negative feedback are critical components, particularly in 'open appraisals'. Come and learn the recommended procedures and specific methods and techniques to conduct such interviews sensitively and effectively.  

In many organisations the performance appraisal system has been well established.  However those new to the process or less experienced appraisers may need additional help in handling difficult cases.  Day 2 is intended for such participants who are already familiar with the basic performance appraisal process.  The focus is on enhancing the skills needed to manage difficult performance appraisees and specific performance issues.
