Introduction

Counselling in employment situations is a critical task, not only for professionals in the field, but also for mangers who oversee the work of others. With the right counselling approach, personal and work problems can be lessened, often with substantial gains in morale and productivity of those involved.

All Professionals, Managers and Executives (PMEs) and those whose scope of work requires coaching subordinates . 

 

 

 

Pay $780 pp for both Counselling Employees and Coaching and Mentoring Employees workshops.  Plus additional 10% discount for 2 registrations.  Contact us for special group discount.
