programmes. It has also
developed a very high degree of expertise in training needs
analysis, the development of total company training plan and has
even gone beyond this to conduct training needs analysis at industry
level and to develop industry training plans (automobile and
insurance industries).
In
its course of work, it has interacted with and received much
feedback from CEOs, HR directors/managers and course participants at
all levels and has gone on to develop practical specific
methodologies to enhance training effectiveness. In many
cases, it has been possible to shorten in-class training time and
provide integration of various subject matters to meet business
objectives, e.g. 6 Core Competencies for Professionals, Managers and
Executives (CCE).
